Raceboard Results- Treadmill/Ladder
The ladder was a killer... and guess who won? Kim Lester! Kim has won 4 out of the 5 Race Around The Peninsula Challenges. You have been such an inspiration to all of us and have showed and paved the way in your commitment to this challenge to a fitter,leaner, stronger YOU!. Such a deserving winner! Kim traveled a total of 75 kms in this our last group challenge. In 2nd place, was Jenny Griffiths with 40 kms, you were neck and neck until the last 2 days! Still another great competitor who knows "how to play the game!" 3rd was Nick Hockaday. So proud of you too! You have chipped in at each and every challenge and the results are glaringly apparent! Taking out the teams event was STARVIN MARVIN with a total of 89.5 kms. Second was BUNS ON THE RUN with 41 kms followed by THIN IT TO WIN IT in 3rd place with 29 kms

GRAND FINAL RACE AROUND THE PENINSULA
The Grand Final consists of the Top 3 scorers throughout the Challenge. They get to race off all week, accumulating kilometers to see who is the Grand Poo Bah of the Raceboard. They will be competing on the treadmill all week. The Top 3 are : Kim Lester, Andrew Beer and Deb Crawley - Good luck and may the best Challenger win!
The same rules apply, you must take a date card and take a pick of your kms and send it in to Rosa -No later than 10pm week nights and 6pm weekends.

Weigh In Results
It was slim pickings this week. BUNS ON THE RUNS did a nice 5kgs, however, WASTE DISPOSAL UNIT had only 2.2kgs loss . GUTLESS WARRIORS 1.3kg, STARVIN MARVIN 800gms and THIN IT TO WIN IT put on 800gms (oh dear!)
We have a serious comp going on in the top ten with some very close % of body weight losses. This is the point where every gram counts!
This weeks total combined weight loss for all teams was 8.5kg! All I can say is we have ONE weigh in to go - make it count!

Tips & Reminders for Week 5
As we head into Week 5 we want you to really focus in on your nutrition. Many of you have had outstanding results this week so now is the time to really cement that weight loss with another great week. Now isn't the time to be kicking back and rewarding yourself for a job well done. If you didn't get the result you were hoping for then give some thought to what you can improve this week.

Are you writing everything down?
Are you exercising everyday and putting in 100%?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating wholesome, nutritious foods?
Are you getting enough protein?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you on the Facebook forum talking with other challengers and getting additional support?
It's now the start of a new week and we need to jump straight into it. Put the previous week behind you and focus on your goals for this week.
Remember to book in for your sessions in advance (organise babysitters now so there's no excuse not to come.)
Train as much as you can and get variety into your workout.
Write down everything you eat.
Talk to us and other challengers if you need help or support.
These 6 weeks will go by fast! Make the most of it and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Look what you've achieved already!
