Raceboard Results- Treadmill
BIKE WEEK again this week and guess who won? Kelli Barclay! Such a deserving winner! Kelli traveled a total of 102.38kms. What an amazing effort. In 2nd place, was Larry with 84.06kms. Larry, you were coming first til the last day. Liz, you were 3rd - 72.34. So proud of you! Taking out the teams event AGAIN with a total of 210.68kms was GUTLESS WARRIORS, followed by PURPLE KILO EATERS, with 109.17kms and STARVIN MARVIN, in 3rd with 72.43kms! We totaled with all teams contributions 505.2kms! You guys rock!

They will be competing on the treadmill all week. The Top 3 are : Larry, Doobie and James - Good luck and may the best Challenger win!
The same rules apply, you must take a date card and take a pick of your kms and send it in to Rosa -No later than 8pm week nights and 6pm weekends.

Monday Night Fun & Games
Tonight the fun and games had a "no rules" policy. This led to some serious tactics and acts of bravery. We saw Sam body slam Max only to bounce off like a tennis ball on a brick wall and go crashing to the ground. We saw Eils finally take out the winners position in the Nordic track after the rest of the competitors either fell or lost their feet...Eils guts and determination got her through. Claire went off the balance ball in slooowww motion. Then it was ON in the tag Time, with the boys taking on the girls with every dirty trick they had up their sleeve.. Oh what a night!

WASTE DISPOSAL TEAM lost the most weight this week with 5.95kgs. GUTLESS WARRIORS a nice 4.5kgs in 2nd place, STARVIN MARVIN in 3rd with 3.8kgs.
We have a serious comp going on in the top ten with some very close % of body weight losses. This is the point where every gram counts!

Tips & Reminders for Week 5
As we head into Week 5 we want you to really focus in on your nutrition. Many of you have had outstanding results this week so now is the time to really cement that weight loss with another great week. Now isn't the time to be kicking back and rewarding yourself for a job well done. If you didn't get the result you were hoping for then give some thought to what you can improve this week.

Are you writing everything down?
Are you exercising everyday and putting in 100%?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating wholesome, nutritious foods?
Are you getting enough protein?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you on the Facebook forum talking with other challengers and getting additional support?
It's now the start of a new week and we need to jump straight into it. Put the previous week behind you and focus on your goals for this week.
Remember to book in for your sessions in advance (organise babysitters now so there's no excuse not to come.)
Train as much as you can and get variety into your workout.
Write down everything you eat.
Talk to us and other challengers if you need help or support.
These 6 weeks will go by fast! Make the most of it and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Look what you've achieved already!
