Week 5 Wrap Up
Week 5 is done -WOW - this challenge is flying by!
We had some great Masterclasses last week with Frank and Sally - with some committed challengers toughing it out in the rain!
With only 1 week left the buzz around most challengers is they are wanting to make the most of the time we have left!
That means getting to as many classes as possible! Also just getting in to the gym and doing good old fashioned workouts!
If you have any recipes you would like to share, please do! Take a look at some of the yummy things that other challengers have shared throughout our challenges.
Let's see what we can achieve by being really focused and committed to these last week!

Well one to everyone who got up and sucked it up, rain, hail or shine - although I don't think there was any shine at all this week! Terrific effort! As usual the Masterclass was a blast.... check out this weeks snapshots. A special shout out to Claire Kerr and Steve Anderson that despite their ankle injuries soldiered on. Now that's the spirit!

Great work by all those who participated on The Race Around the Peninsula! We traveled 229.673km as a group! The winning team for week 5 was the Thin it to Win it! All but half a km of their total of 99.32kms was done by our INDIVIDUAL WINNER (for the second week in a row) Sandra Robinson.
