Our Spin Class have limited numbers due to Covid, so be early to claim your spot by booking a seat the night before the day of the class. Bookings open at 8pm.

Yoga combines simple meditation, breath control and specific bodily postures to improve overall health & relaxation. Ideal for all levels.

Tabata

Simple unchoreographed body weight exercises at 20 second intervals that suit any fitness level. A great way to start the day off.

Crank IT

A fast paced workout that demands 100% commitment. A workout that is based on high intensity intervals that get results fast.

Spin

An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength & improve fitness. Designed to give riders an intense, time-efficient workout.

Hi/Lo Step

This is a 30 min block of both high and low impact exercises which then moves on to 30 minutes of step. Fun, Fun, Fun!

Perfect for developing all aspects of fitness.

Boxing

Boxing is a high energy class that not only provides an awesome cardio workout, you will also learn correct boxing technique from our professional boxer instructor. Also in the mix, you will improve your co-ordination, speed & agility, and come out feeling like you can take on the world!

Pilates

Your Level 1 Pilates Class will emphasize the balanced development of your body through core strength, flexibility and muscle awareness.

Functional Training

Functional fitness focuses on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions. Ideal for all ages.

Step and Pump

Step is a combination of moves on steps. Great for braining training, agility and cardio fitness. Classic Pump, using barbells for strengthening & toning delivers an allover body powerhouse workout.

Xpress Abs

A short but intense 30 minute class focused purely on creating those wash board abdominal muscles. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Casual classes $15. Free for members*.

Towels are essential and don't forget your water bottle.
