Raceboard Results- Treadmill
It was a nice easy one this last week. it doesn't get any less complicated that the treadmill. Yet we had few competitors. Well done to those who participated and to the winner Kathryn Rogers. Great stuff you! Kathryn traveled a total of 40.47kms. In 2nd place, was surefire Shaz with 36.26kms-great job! Good old 3rd went to good old Doobie, with 20.67kms, who is always in something somehow! Have you noticed? The people who are putting the effort in to the events that are provided are the ones losing the weight? What a coincidence don't you think!! Taking out the teams event with a total of 81.64 kms was PURPLE KILO EATERS, followed by THIN IT WIN IT, with 66.93 kms and GUTLESS WARRIORS in 3rd with 34.4 kms! We totaled with all teams contributions 182.97kms! A job well done : )

Monday Night Fun & Games
As always, the fun and games night or the " ridiculous games" as I call it had plenty of spills and thrills! We saw Eils almost reach the finish line as the winner of the Nordic track before taking a spectacular dive on the nice soft floor after losing her footing! Max was doing his usual tricks of duck, weave and dive in the tag time and we saw Gabby and Paul both talk there opponents to death and eventually seeing them give up! See results below....

Tips & Reminders for Week 5
As we head into Week 5 we want you to really focus in on your nutrition. Many of you have had outstanding results this week so now is the time to really cement that weight loss with another great week. Now isn't the time to be kicking back and rewarding yourself for a job well done. If you didn't get the result you were hoping for then give some thought to what you can improve this week.
Did you count your calories?
Are you writing everything down?
Are you exercising everyday and putting in 100%?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating wholesome, nutritious foods?
Are you getting enough protein?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you on the Facebook forum talking with other challengers and getting additional support?
It's now the start of a new week and we need to jump straight into it. Put the previous week behind you and focus on your goals for this week.
Remember to book in for your sessions in advance (organise babysitters now so there's no excuse not to come.)
Train as much as you can and get variety into your workout.
Write down everything you eat.
Talk to us and other challengers if you need help or support.
These 6 weeks will go by fast! Make the most of it and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Look what you've achieved already!
