Week 4 Wrap Up
Another week gone! So, we are already up to week four... my how time fly's. If you haven't made your move yet, you had better make it soon! We had some fun sessions this week and managed to miss the bad weather on both Thursday and Saturday morning sessions. Great effort to all those who attended the classes. I think the Monday night favorite must be the Ringside Tag - so much fun for both participants and spectators!spectators

Raceboard Results- ROWER
It was the Rower this week on The Race Around the Peninsula, and we grunted and groaned and wore the skin off our little ass cheeks as we endeavored to be king or queen of this grueling week around the board! We traveled 201.55km as a group! The winning team for week four was the Thin it to Win it, excellent work guys! The overall winning individual was Sandra Robinson and we couldn't think of a more deserving winner. Sandra rowed an incredible 80.35km (6.5-7hrs rowing)and has the sore butt cheeks to prove it. Hats off to you Sandra, we are very proud of your grit and determination to pull this weeks Race Around the Peninsula off!
Week Four Winner - Sandra Robinson with 80.35km! A well deserved win Sandra, for which you have won yourself an 8pk Protein Shake Pack
