Week 3 Wrap Up
Here's some pics from last weeks training sessions, including our Monday night Masterclass! We are half way through and had some great results. Remember this gig is going to be over and out before you know it, so put your best foot forward and keep smashing out your training sessions. Monday nights is always a blast and it's always overflowing with competitiveness from our challengers. Such Fun!

Raceboard Results- BIKE
It's so good to see different people excelling on the Raceboard! This weeks superstar Is Jenny Griffiths. Jenny clocked up an impressive 238.7kms on the bike. The most anyone has ever done in a challenge. Well done Jenny, a superb effort. With a total of 127.7kms in 2nd place, was Andrew. Again a fantastic effort! 3rd went to Nick with 120.7km, which was also a great. The boys are really showing up in this challenge. Taking out the teams event with a total of 392.2kms was STARVIN MARVIN, followed by BUNS ON THE RUN with 316.5kms and THIN IT WIN IT in 3rd with 172.8kms! We totaled with all teams contributions 881.5kms!
Week 3 Winner - Jenny Griffiths with 238.7kms! Congratulations on your efforts, for which you have won yourself a Community Chest Prize!! YAY!
Monday Night Fun & Games
It was on again for young and old. Some sneaky diversion tricks by Max, our fitazfk Skye, and Pina's dedication to finishing and not falling over in the potato sack race! There was a bit of everything tonight! Winning the battle of the ridiculous challenges this week was BUNS ON THE RUN with 3 wins, including the Plank Paralysis Playoff! STARVIN MARVIN, coming in at 2nd and 1 win each to GUTLESS WARRIORS, and WASTE DISPOSAL UNIT. Unfortunately no one else gets a mention! Checkout Facebook and above for some pics of the night. Winners are Grinners!

We had some great results this week with almost
everyone going GREEN! Well done. Our biggest loser this

THIN IT TO WIN IT lost the most weight this week with 7.4kgs. STARVIN MARVIN has moved on in, taking out 2nd with 7.1kgs - well done you guys. Third goes to GUTLESS WARRIORS, with 6.3kg. We are at the halfway point - it will be over before you know it
This weeks total combined weight loss for all teams was 23.3 kgs. Great jog you guys!! ... it's full steam ahead from here. Can we manage next week a team of all greens? Im putting my money on Thin it To Win It - prove me wrong!

Tips & Reminders for Week 4
As we head into Week 4 we want you to really focus in on your nutrition. Many of you have had outstanding results this week so now is the time to really cement that weight loss with another great week. Now isn't the time to be kicking back and rewarding yourself for a job well done. If you didn't get the result you were hoping for then give some thought to what you can improve this week.
Did you count your calories?
Are you writing everything down?
Are you exercising everyday and putting in 100%?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating wholesome, nutritious foods?
Are you getting enough protein?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you on the Facebook forum talking with other challengers and getting additional support?
It's now the start of a new week and we need to jump straight into it. Put the previous week behind you and focus on your goals for this week.
Remember to book in for your sessions in advance (organise babysitters now so there's no excuse not to come.)
Train as much as you can and get variety into your workout.
Write down everything you eat.
Talk to us and other challengers if you need help or support.
These 6 weeks will go by fast! Make the most of it and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Look what you've achieved already!
