What is The Building Better Bodies Challenge?
The Building Better Bodies Challenge has been developed as a result of our popular 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge,
we recognised that regular weigh ins, online support and accountability give people that extra push they needed to
stay focused and consistent in their health, fitness weight loss efforts.
The Building Better Bodies Challenge is all about believing that in treating the body, and all of the possibilities that
lie within it, as a challenge and a rewarding experience that we go on with this belief throughout our entire lives.
We have experienced first hand how additional support and encouragement helps people to change negative habits
and turn their lives around during our previously very popular weight loss challenges.
There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs for top challenge performers, gym buddies to be made &
serious life changes to your health, mindset & fitness!

So how does it work?
Weekly Weigh InEach week, The Building Better Bodies challengers will weigh in at the gym;
Monday between 6.00-6.30am or 5.30-6.30pm. This is a crucial part of the challenge as it keeps people accountable and assists greatly in achieving positive results. Although weight isn't the only factor in being healthy, it is the most easily measured indicator and provides a general gauge for success. The simple act of coming in to the gym and having someone check on your progress is a proven factor in keeping people focused and consistent. Privacy between the challengers is very important as we understand that this may be a sensitive topic for some people. Meals & RecipesFrom breakfasts to light salads & even sweet treats too, the BBBC team have got you covered!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soups and salads, snacks and sides, and (of course) healthy desserts—they’re all here. We have sourced a collection of fantastic recipes to inspire you to create your weekly meal plans with! Talk to any weight loss expert, and he or she will undoubtedly tell you that meal planning is an essential part of dieting success! |
Online TrackerThe results from each weekly weigh in will be entered into our online tracker within the members only area of the website. Results will not show team members actual weight, but will show weekly losses or gains. This is nothing to be scared of however and at no point will your weight be shared amongst the team. Everyone fluctuates and has good and bad weeks. It's all part of the process and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Classes & WorkoutsTo build a better body we need to get you moving!
WORKOUTS - You will be provided with a weekly workout created by the very experienced and knowledgeable owner & trainer Rosa to assist with building your better body. CLASSES - The more classes you attend the better your results. Top attendees will battle it out fortnightly ninja warrior style to win one of our top prizes! BONUS WORKOUTS - During the challenge bonus challenge workouts & events will be held that will be a whole heap of fun with fantastic prizes up for grabs! |
SupportTo assist you to stay focused and motivated we will provide online support in the form of a weekly email and access to our Facebook Group exclusively for The Building Better Bodies Challenge team members. This will be a forum where you can support, share ideas and chat with other people in the challenge.
The BBBC team will also provide additional advice, tips and inspiration to keep you on track as well! How much does it cost?As we believe that long term health & weight maintenance comes from changing your lifestyle permanently, we have made The Building Better Bodies Challenge extremely affordable. We want to see people joining us on an ongoing basis. Making the commitment to their health and putting themselves at the top of the priority list.
A small investment of just $6.99 a week for current members (is the price of a coffee & cake!), which you could easily stop having in preference of better health & vitality. For non-members we are offering a special of $11.95 per week for 12 months that includes classes, gym, no-joining fees & one 10 week round of The Building Better Bodies Challenge. |

Terms & Conditions1. Payment is via direct debit only. First payment will be $13.98 for the first week and 1 week in advance. Subsequent payments will be $6.99 per week. You will still be charged if you fail to weigh in each week.
2. All challengers are required to weigh in every Monday at the allocated times to be eligible to win the challenge. 3. Social Media platform must be used in a positive manner only with no posts that feature any type harassment, cruelty to animals or people. 4. No material distributed during the challenge is to be forwarded to a 3rd party without the consent of the owner of The Boat House Studio Gym. 5. All meals & recipes featured on The Building Better Bodies Challenge site are not the property of The Boat House Gym and are not provided by a nutritionist. For advice as to weather these foods are suitable for you as an individual please consult your doctor should you have allergies. These meals and recipes are a guide and inspiration only. |
