Week 1 Wrap Up
Well it's been a big week with plenty of fun & games. An early morning session on Thursday had us getting used to the burn, and the cold! Saturday's class saw us smashing it out at Whitecliffs and begging for mercy. Monday nights Mega Masterclass was a super high energy, sweaty session that chewed through the calories giving us that final blast before weigh in.

Raceboard Results- Treadmill
Week One Winner on the TREADMILL was The AMAZING Sharon Stratford! - Shaz clocked up 55.57kms in one week and was the main contributor to her teams total score (hint, hint other team members...) Congratulations Shaz, you are an inspiration to us all!
Great work on The Race Around the Peninsula! We have traveled 328.57km as a group! The winning team for week one was the Thin It To Win It, excellent work guys!
Monday Night Fun & Games
OMG! What a night! Cheeks are hurting from laughing, muscles are hurting from training... but our spirits are soaring with a what was an amazing night of hanging out with our flock but also some amazing weight loss results! Winning the battle of the ridiculous challenges was GUTLESS WARRIORS, taking out 3 events. WASTE DISPOSAL UNIT, 2nd with 2 wins and BUNS ON THE RUN 3rd with 3. Weigh In Results
A big congratulations goes to the Gutless Warriors for taking out our week 1 weigh in. Great effort guys! An impressive 11.1kg dropped this week! Second place goes to Purple Kilo Eaters smashing it with a total of 9.2kg lost! Third place was Buns on the Run with an impressive 9kgs. To our other teams, a great effort so far, keep going!

Tips & Reminders for Week 2
As we head into Week 2 we want you to really focus in on your nutrition. Many of you have had outstanding results this week so now is the time to really cement that weight loss with another great week. Now isn't the time to be kicking back and rewarding yourself for a job well done. If you didn't get the result you were hoping for then give some thought to what you can improve this week.
Did you count your calories?
Are you writing everything down?
Are you exercising everyday and putting in 100%?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating wholesome, nutritious foods?
Are you getting enough protein?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you on the Facebook forum talking with other challengers and getting additional support?
It's now the start of a new week and we need to jump straight into it. Put the previous week behind you and focus on your goals for this week.
Remember to book in for your sessions in advance (organise babysitters now so there's no excuse not to come.)
Train as much as you can and get variety into your workout.
Write down everything you eat.
Talk to us and other challengers if you need help or support.
These 6 weeks will go by fast! Make the most of it and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Look what you've achieved already!
